Senior Manager, People and Culture

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Management (Human Resources) and a CAHRI member who is a proven and results orientated leader with the ability to work at both strategic and operational level to drive performance, building strong and inclusive culture, enhance employee engagement and develop effective people solutions.

Throughout his career, he has successfully built high performing project teams, internal HR teams and processes from scratch along with implementing Human Resources strategies to attract, retain, develop and motivate great people to deliver tangible outcomes for large blue-chip clients across multiple business and IT disciplines.

Stephen’s skills also include recognition and reward, occupational health and safety, employment relations, organisational change and design, capability development, policy and procedures, employee engagement and performance management.

Stephen leads the Cloud9 Human Resources and Operations function working closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that our team members are delivering to our client’s expectations, effectively managing risks and issues and ensuring that a continuous improvement mind set is applied at all times.
