Nigel has over 20 years of ICT experience, with the past 10 years at Telstra working with clients across Business Transformation & Innovation Programs; executing clients’ ICT Strategies and providing thought leadership and leading technology transformation programs.
He has provided business and ICT solutions for clients, including Technology Consulting; Infrastructure & Software solutions; Service Delivery Management & Managed Services (Outsourcing). Nigel’s strengths also include developing strategies in the following areas: Contact Centres, Unified Communications, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Planning; Security Consulting; and Telco solutions. He also has a passion for mentoring/sales coaching senior account executives in shaping major complex deals for clients.
Nigel has served clients across various industries, including lead roles in the Construction sector and Airline & Travel sector. He has also worked with clients in the Mining, Oil, Gas, Manufacturing and Transport sectors.
