Matt has over 25 years business experience, with the past 20 years being in the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) sector, consulting with clients across the full spectrum of business challenges e.g. Mergers Acquisitions & Divestments; Business Transformation & Integration Programs; Business Process Improvement; People & Change Management; Sales & Business Enablement; Training & Education.

He has provided end-to-end ICT solutions for clients, including Business & Technology Consulting; Applications Development & Maintenance; Infrastructure & Software Solutions; Service Delivery Management & Managed Services (Outsourcing); Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Planning; and Telco solutions.

Matt holds a Commerce degree, majoring in Marketing & Management; and is a Member of the Melbourne Junior Chamber of Commerce (MJCC), The Turnaround Management Association (TMA Australia), and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
